How long does delivery take?

We offer free shipping on all orders within
Ireland — with no minimum order value. Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrives within 4–8 business days. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your shipment at any time.
What happens if the item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?

No problem! You are covered by our 30-day guarantee, giving you time to decide whether the item is right for you. If it doesn’t fit or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily return it for a full refund or exchange — with no awkward questions asked.
How can I return an item?

Returning an item is very simple. Pack the item in its original packaging, use the prepaid return label included with your order, and drop off the package at your nearest Australia Post branch or parcel shop. Once we have received the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Is shopping on your website safe?

Absolutely. Our checkout is fully secured with SSL encryption, and we accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Your personal and payment information is protected at all times — your card details are never stored by us.
